Project Manager

Partnering with a global Project & Cost Management Consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing all aspects of project execution, from early planning through final delivery.What You’ll DoLead and manage client relationships and project teams to deliver successful outcomesAct as the primary liaison, guiding clients through key project decisionsPlan, organize, and direct all phases of the project lifecyclePreconstructionBuild and manage A&E teamsOversee design coordination and schedule developmentConduct constructability reviews and manage budgetsSupport contract administration, bidding, and permitting strategiesConstructionManage contractors through buyout and procurementOversee risk management, quality assurance, and safetyMaintain control of project budget and scheduleEnsure smooth and efficient project executionCloseoutLead the project closeout process and ensure all deliverables meet specificationsOngoing ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain cost reports and project status updatesMentor and manage project support staff or work independently as neededCollaborate effectively across teams and stakeholdersUnderstand client goals and identify opportunities to add valueSupport overall team success and contribute where neededWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5–10 years of experience managing construction projects across multiple building typesProven experience across all phases of constructionStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving, organizational, and financial management abilitiesAbility to present complex information clearly to diverse audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
