KMK Job Listing - Handyperson Full time KMK Property Management is a full service property management company based in the Mad River Valley. We are currently looking to add to our team to meet our clients demanding needs! KMK is a fast growing company located in Warren Vermont, and we are seeking a handyperson for our growing project base in the Warren, Waitsfield, and Fayston areas. This position will report directly to our general manager. This position completes a variety of small projects and tasks on a daily basis. This could include but is not limited to mowing, plowing or shoveling , light carpentry, pool maintenance, painting, cleaning and some light landscaping. Pay is based upon on experience, inquire to learn more. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in a related field is preferred but not required. Desired experience includes proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role, commercial or residential carpentry, proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work, experience operating equipment, experience plowing, painting experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently. This position is physically demanding and requires constant standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials. A clean and valid drivers license is a must.
