This role will work directly with the General Contractor and site safety leadership, providing critical administrative and operational support to ensure compliance, organization, and efficiency across the project.This is a long-term opportunity ideal for someone with construction administration experience looking to grow within a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily administrative operations for the EHS team and GC site leadershipMaintain and control safety documentation, reports, and project recordsAssist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and compliance documentationSchedule and coordinate safety meetings, trainings, and project-related meetingsManage calendars and meeting logistics for site leadership and safety personnelTrack employee hours, certifications, and training records using project systemsPrepare reports, presentations, and safety documentation as required by the project teamPerform data entry, document control, and file management for all EHS-related activitiesSupport communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project leadershipMaintain inventory of office supplies and safety materialsProvide general administrative support to both EHS staff and GC leadershipQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of administrative experience (construction environment preferred)Experience supporting EHS teams or construction project teams is highly preferredStrong organizational, time management, and coordination skillsExperience with Procore or similar construction management software preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)Experience with data tracking, reporting, and document control systemsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environmentOSHA 30 Certification preferred
