Job Summary: The Sales Associate plays a critical role in building relationships with potential and current members. This role involves driving studio membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the studio. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, results-driven, and excited to be part of a growing fitness community. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Member Engagement: Drive membership sales by engaging prospective members through in-studio visits, phone calls, texts, and emails. Conduct studio tours, explain membership options, and assist new members in signing up. Participate in community events, pop-up promotions, and other outreach activities to generate leads. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Customer Service: Greet all members and visitors with a warm, positive attitude. Answer questions about membership, pricing, and class schedules both in person and over the phone. Assist in managing member accounts, including updating billing information, handling cancellations, and troubleshooting membership issues. Studio Operations: Support the team with day-to-day studio operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and prepared for classes. Assist with studio inventory management (merchandise, fitness equipment, etc.). Collaborate with the training staff to ensure a seamless experience for all members. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and training staff to foster a positive team environment. Share feedback from members with the management team to continually improve the studio experience. Qualifications: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse group of clients. Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Passion for fitness, health, and wellness. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
