Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be acceptedMust be a U.S. citizenInterim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance processAbility to coordinate order tracking of procurements, hardware, machine shop, and cable equipment shipmentsExperience with researching parts for procurement using drawings, assembly instructions, and excel documents to find the best price and lead time available for products for government systemsWork in team environmentExperience with Excel spreadsheets and inventory tracking. Understanding of Microsoft applications is a plusSupport receiving or similar assets, scheduling required maintenance, monitoring the maintenance and return of assets to the appropriate activity using current shipping standards, Form DD1149, Form DD1348sMust possess good oral and written communications skills and be familiar with PC Microsoft 365 applicationsPosition requires good organizational skills and attention to detailMust be able to lift, up to 25 lbsMust be able to work in a busy environment
