Claims System Coordinator

LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a Claims Systems Coordinator to support claims and utilization management operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring system configuration accuracy, benefit implementation integrity, and effective collaboration across Claims, UM, Account Management, and IT teams.If you enjoy working with claim systems, auditing benefit setups, and solving complex adjudication scenarios, this role offers the opportunity to deepen your impact and expand your system and project coordination experience.What You’ll DoYou’ll support claims system accuracy and operational effectiveness through testing, auditing, and cross‑functional coordination:Coordinate, track, and complete claim‑ and system‑related projectsAnalyze and process complex UM and claim scenariosAssist with benefit implementation and system configurationSupport research projects and new business implementation as neededPartner with management to create, update, and maintain department policies and proceduresCollaborate with UM and Claims teams to identify and create system code rulesAudit and test existing code rules and recommend improvementsAudit and test new and existing benefit setups related to UM and claim adjudicationWhat You BringRequiredHigh school diploma or GED2–4 years of experience in PPO and HMO claim processing, billing, or auditingProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AccessStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced analytical skills, including data review and reportingPreferredBachelor’s degreeWho You AreYou Are Someone WhoPays close attention to detail and system accuracyIs comfortable navigating complex claim and benefit scenariosCommunicates clearly with both technical and operational partnersEnjoys structured work, testing processes, and continuous improvementWorks well across teams and departmentsQualificationsLocationOur employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $27.50 - $33.50 an hour, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role.
