Project/Program Manager (Non-IT)Location: Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL (Onsite)Compensation: $36-$40/hourOur client is seeking a Project/Program Manager to support a technical portfolio management team focused on coordinating projects, tracking progress, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives within an engineering and manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.Track project status and maintain project documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, and portfolio review materials.Analyze project data and provide insights using Excel and Power BI.Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, strategy, and project management teams.Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and business partners.Support resource planning and project feasibility assessments.Required Qualifications5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing project schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.Experience using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.PMP or PMI certification.Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or product development programs.Engine or heavy equipment industry experience.This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-visibility projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to strategic initiatives within a global manufacturing organization.#INDOEM
