Production Lead - 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am

Position Summary:PS Seasoning is seeking a self-driven, well-organized Production Lead with prior experience to oversee our daily packaging operations and ensure efficient production processes. This role requires strong decision-making skills, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees to meet deadlines and production goals. You will be responsible for leading and developing your team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our production facility. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly preferred for this position.What You'll Do:Oversee daily packaging schedules and activities to ensure smooth operation of production processesComplete machine set-ups and changeovers, ensuring minimal downtimeSchedule and assign employees to workstations based on project needsCommunicate directly with workers to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are being metSupervise, train, and develop employees, providing ongoing feedback and supportRecommend process improvements to increase efficiency and product qualityLoad materials and products into packaging equipmentMeasure, weigh, and count products and materials for proper packagingPlace or pour products into containers using hand tools or equipment, ensuring proper fillingSeal containers with appropriate lids or seals, ensuring product integrityRecord product, packaging, and order information accurately on specified forms and recordsMaintain a safe work environment and participate in the development of safety programsEnsure all products meet customer standards and fulfillment goalsAssist in conducting performance reviews for employeesComply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP, and other quality and safety programsPerform other duties as assigned by the Plant ManagerWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Lead or in a supervisory production role, preferably in a food manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical machineryBilingual in Spanish and EnglishForklift certification and experience requiredBasic math skills required for measuring and weighing productsProficiency in computer applications for production managementAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)Benefits of Working at PS Seasoning:When you join the PS family, you'll receive:Competitive PayHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Holidays & VacationOn-Site Fitness Room50% Employee DiscountEmployee Appreciation EventsOutdoor Courtyard with Putting GreenDelicious SmellsPS Seasoning is an equal opportunity employer.
