Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Bartender located in Boston, MA. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, crafting cocktails, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Duties will include engaging with guests, handling transactions, and collaborating with the team to deliver a high-quality dining and bar experience in alignment with Xenia Greek Hospitality's values. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver a welcoming and professional experience to guestsKnowledge and experience in food and beverage service, including the ability to recommend drink pairings and menu itemsProficiency in bartending, including cocktail preparation, drink presentation, and bar setupAccuracy and accountability in cash handling and transaction processingTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively with colleaguesPrior experience in a hospitality role or bar setting is preferredA passion for Greek culture, cuisine, and beverages is a plusServSafe or TIPS certification is advantageous
