Network Engineer Level 1 with Security Clearance
Provides Network support that requires system level design, architecture or enterprise security and security boundaries, datacenter virtualization, CAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure packet capture software, TCP/IP protocol stack, routing/switching protocols, stateful firewalls, and L3/L4 access controls. Required Skills • Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC) • Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and routing and switching protocols • Strong working knowledge of L2/L3 protocols • Strong working knowledge of stateful firewalls, and L3 access controls • Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite • Virtualization products including VMWare and Solaris containers Qualifications • Eight (8) years demonstrable experience (with degree, or 13 without) in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection. • Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks.
