You can use tact and courtesy in dealing with residents under sometimes trying conditions. You can show patience and understanding. You enjoy variety in your day and enjoy a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years general office experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment, including experience with scheduling software. Previous experience in an acute care setting and/or doctor's office preferred. Experience or familiarity with ADP advanced scheduling preferred.
