This role is infrastructure operations-focused and requires experience in the following:2+ years IT experience 2+ years supporting systems and services 1+ years managing team members experience 1+ years managing incidents and workstreams At least five years experience in several key Azure areas (IaaS, PaaS, other Azure services - could include but not all DevOps-focused) as a generalist. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams as part of day-to-day Azure operations, triage and troubleshoot issues with skilled engineers and technical resources. Be able to manage, collaborate and coordinate both on-and-off-shore (including near-shore) teams. Ensure the stability and uptime of critical applications by monitoring performance and fielding incidents. Some project management experience, Agile, Waterfall, etc. Possible managing of projects and project workflow, to include working with stakeholders, technical and non-technical teams, vendors. Some IT security background (vulnerability mgmt preferred) preferred for providing guidance and direction as tasks and objectives which align with strategic goals of the organization. Experienced with change and incident management within Service Now and have a disciplined and practiced change management methodology. Be able to take direction from the manager and provide input during meetings, design questions or technical discussions.
