We deliver services in clinics, homes, and communities, partnering closely with families to support meaningful progress and long‑term outcomes.Position SummaryThe Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) serves as an execution leader for in‑home ABA services, supporting high‑quality implementation, staff readiness, and day‑to‑day service delivery. This role also requires 20 hours per week of billed services.Lead RBTs focus on how services are delivered-providing in‑session coaching, supporting treatment fidelity, and helping new staff succeed-while all clinical decision‑making, treatment planning, and supervision remain the responsibility of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This role is ideal for experienced RBTs who enjoy mentoring others, modeling best practices, and supporting consistent, high‑quality care in home‑based environments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution Leadership & FidelityProvide in‑session coaching and modeling for BTs/RBTs delivering in‑home servicesSupport treatment fidelity using BCBA‑defined plans and expectationsAddress day‑to‑day implementation challenges in real timePromote consistent, professional session flow across learners and environmentsTraining & Staff ReadinessSupport onboarding and shadowing for new BTs working in home settingsModel effective session structure, professionalism, and caregiver interactionAssist with preparing BTs for RBT certification and independent service delivery within expected timelinesCommunication & Team SupportServe as first‑line support for RBT questions and implementation concernsCommunicate relevant session observations and trends to the supervising BCBASupport non‑clinical parent communication and escalate clinical concerns appropriatelyProfessionalism & CultureFoster a positive, collaborative, and respectful team environmentModel ethical practice, professionalism, and family‑centered care in home settingsScope ClarificationThe Lead RBT Does NotDevelop or modify treatment plansMake clinical decisions or interpret clinical dataIndependently provide formal parent trainingFulfill supervision or payer documentation requirementsAll clinical authority remains with the supervising BCBA.QualificationsActive RBT certification (required)CPR and First Aid certificationMinimum high school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of ABA therapy experience (in‑home experience strongly preferred)Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support peersStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsComfort working independently in home‑based environmentsFlexibility to support scheduling needsTravel to client homesAbility to pass a background checkPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbsJoin Our TeamBuild a rewarding career where your experience supports not only learners and families-but also the growth and success of your peers.
