Job DescriptionClient Summary:Healthcare technology company focused on improving operational workflows and reducing administrative frictionUses advanced automation and data processing to help organizations improve efficiency and throughputSupports healthcare teams in streamlining intake, documentation, and operational processesCombines technology and workflow optimization to improve performance and reduce delaysPositioned within the growing healthcare operations and automation market with a focus on scalability and outcomesPosition Responsibilities:Product Demonstrations: As a Solutions Consultant, it is your responsibility to lead product demonstrations to our highest prospective clients. You are a master storyteller who will use these demonstrations to help prospects understand the outcomes that can drive in their business. You will craft the tailored narrative for the demonstration to match the customer profile, audience members in the meeting, and alignment with prospects needs.Proof of concepts: You will own the creation of proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities to prospects during their evaluation. Additionally, you will help the prospect understand the value to their business through ROI assessments.Asset Building: Work alongside Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create and maintain both internal and external facing technical assets (e.g. custom demos, whitepapers, slide decks, RFP responses) and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases.Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives, Customer Success (post sales), Leadership and channel partners to build, advance, and close opportunities.Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a trusted advisor relationship with the prospect.Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:3+ years of Solutions Consulting, Tech Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles preferred, with a focus on business SaaS solutions. Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus.Fundamental understanding of software engineering and system design..Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus.Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products.Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel.Compensation $275k-$350kUnlimited PTO100% paid employee health benefit optionsEmployer-funded 401(k) matchCompetitive parental leave
