Job DescriptionTitle: Director of Brand MarketingOverview:A growing, innovation-driven food company is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead strategy and execution across its product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and campaign performance while aligning closely with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:• Lead brand strategy and long-term vision across product categories• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches• Develop value propositions and positioning to drive differentiation• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on enablement and campaigns• Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM insights• Manage marketing budget and track performance against KPIs• Oversee digital platforms and marketing systems• Establish reporting frameworks and optimize campaign performance• Lead and develop a small marketing team• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and QA on product pipeline and launchesQualifications:• 10+ years of marketing experience (B2B or consumer products preferred)• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field• Strong experience with brand strategy, product marketing, and GTM execution• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders• Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing platforms• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skillsApply Today!
