The successful candidate will be the strategic and public-facing voice of the company's investment philosophy, chairing the Investment Committee and holding end-to-end responsibility for portfolio construction, research oversight, and investment strategy. This includes building and scaling direct indexing capabilities, leading the development of investment research, and overseeing a growth equity fund. The CIO will also be involved in client-facing activities, producing market commentary, and representing the firm in various external communications. The ideal CIO for the company will have a proven track record as a senior investment leader, with a strong background in portfolio construction, direct indexing, model portfolio design, and multi-asset allocation. They should possess outstanding communication skills, technical capability with investment platforms, and a hands-on leadership style. The role offers the opportunity to influence firmwide strategy, shape a modern investment platform, and work within a collaborative, values-driven organization.
