Automotive Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance Prepare and explain repair estimates clearly and professionally Verify coverage and obtain authorizations from insurance companies, factory warranties, and aftermarket warrantiesAssign repair orders to technicians and monitor workflow Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure satisfaction upon completion Ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations RequirementsQualifications Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Strong customer service and communication skills (Face-to-face customer service experience preferred) Excellent organization, administrative, and attention-to-detail skillsAutomotive parts knowledge is a plus Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is a strong advantage Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug screening BenefitsCompensation & Benefits Earning potential: $50,000 – $100,000 annually (salary + bonus compensation plan) Medical, dental, and life insurance starting the first of the month after hireShort-term and long-term disability options Additional life and accident insurance available 401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidays Always closed on Sundays Full-time position with a flexible schedule and rotating Saturdays offComprehensive training program (hands-on and formal training) Employee discounts on parts, labor, and vehicle purchases
