We ensure our engineers have the tools they need to excel and we recognize superb results.We're seeking a Field Engineer to support integration, fielding, and support of Cyber products with customers. You'll be the technical face of our products in customer environments, handling everything from initial deployment through ongoing support. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer communication abilities, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. You'll also own user manual development and coordinate customer feedback back to our product development teams.Security ClearanceRequires a Secret Clearance.Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. Qualified applicants must meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.Required Skills IncludeStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with software deployment and system integrationCustomer-facing communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work independently in customer environmentsSystem and application debugging experienceSystem administration and Security of Linux and/or Windows operating systemsUnderstanding of networking concepts and protocolsTechnical documentation skills (user manuals, integration guides)Ability to train customers on product usageWillingness to travel to customer sites (up to 50%)The product team works with a large array of technologies, tools, and concepts, so other valuable skills and experience include:Experience supporting government (especially DoD) customersKnowledge of OS internals (Linux and/or Windows)Understanding of C/C++ and ability to read code for troubleshooting purposesBash and/or Batch scripting for automationExperience with build systems and software installationTPM and Secure Boot technologiesDOD System Security Engineering and standards (RMF, Cyber Resiliency, Anti-Tamper, etc.)Virtualization technologies (QEMU, KVM, VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, etc.)Understanding of system security and hardeningExperience with ticketing and support systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)Ability to synthesize customer feedback for product improvementOur ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong technical skills to solve complex problems in the field, can communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and thrives in dynamic environments.Our InterviewsOur interviews are technical but will also assess your customer communication skills.
