About the Company: RevitPay is a boutique payment processor headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. We provide credit card, and ACH payment products for our clients in the United States and Europe. About the Role: We’re hiring a results-driven Account Executive (AE) to own the full sales cycle for new merchant accounts. In this role, you’ll run demos, present pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals on opportunities sourced by our SDR team and Sales Leadership. This is an ideal role for a confident closer who understands consultative selling and wants to build a long-term career in fintech and payment processing. What You’ll Do: Run demos and discovery calls with prospective merchants Present pricing and customized proposals based on merchant needs Negotiate and close new merchant processing accounts Manage opportunities sourced by SDRs and/or the Team Lead Maintain accurate pipeline, deal notes, and forecasts in the CRM Collaborate with SDRs to improve meeting quality and close rates Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of experience in a closing role (payments, fintech, SaaS, or B2B preferred) Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills Comfortable discussing pricing, fees, and contracts with business owners Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings Compensation & Growth: On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 annually (Base salary + closing bonuses + residual share + volume bonuses) Uncapped upside for top performers Clear promotion path to Senior AE or Sales Leadership Ongoing sales training and mentorship Why Join Us?
