This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical infrastructure while ensuring reliability, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair server hardware and related equipment, including racking, cabling, labeling, and asset documentationFollow established data center processes and operational guidelinesMonitor physical environments and systems to ensure data center reliabilityRespond to, resolve, and document incidents affecting data center infrastructureMaintain accurate hardware inventory and maintenance recordsProvide after-hours and on-call support as neededTravel to other data center locations when requiredWork under general supervision while demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skillsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2-4 years of data center or related technical experienceStrong understanding of data center and server architectureAbility to follow documented procedures preciselyCompTIA A+ (or equivalent foundational knowledge)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and ladder workAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPreferred QualificationsExperience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) toolsNetworking or infrastructure certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft fundamentals)Network cabling experience and/or certifications (CNCI, BICSI)Data Center Certified Associate or similar certificationsBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
