About Reframe is seeking a full-timeCertified Coach or Mental Health Professionalto join our Thrive Coaching platform within the app. In this role, you’ll support members who are exploring or usingnaltrexoneas part of their alcohol recovery journey. You’ll play a key role ineducating, motivating, and guidingmembers through structured group meetings, providing ongoing encouragement and support, and collaborating with our community and coaching teams. This role focuses oncommunity engagement, educational support, and group facilitation . We’re looking for someone compassionate, organized, and knowledgeable about behavior change and medication-assisted recovery. This is apart-time position(remote).What You'll do: Host and co-hostweekly community meetingsfocused on alcohol reduction, naltrexone use, and sustainable habit change Provideeducational and motivational supportto members exploring or using naltrexone as part of their recovery journey. Engage with members in the Reframe app throughchat-based support , offering encouragement, resources, and guidance. Collaborate closely with thecoaching, community, and support teamsto ensure consistent and high-quality member experiences. Track member interactions and feedback to help improve the naltrexone and community support experience. Contribute ideas and insights to help shape Reframe’s growing coaching and recovery support programs.Qualifications Certified Coach(Health, Life, or Recovery) orlicensed Mental Health Professional . Familiarity withnaltrexoneor othermedication-assisted recovery methods;personal experience with naltrexone is a plus. Stronggroup facilitation skills,able to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for members. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting via chat and video. Passionate aboutbehavior change ,addiction recovery , and helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives. A true team player who thrives in afast-paced, mission-driven environment .
