Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Schaumburg, IL, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, handling inbound and outbound sales, conducting consultations with homeowners, and developing tailored solutions in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales objectives, and collaborating with the installation and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves a mix of office work, phone outreach, and face-to-face client interactions. Qualifications Proven sales experience, particularly in the home improvement or construction industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate customer-focused approachStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic understanding of home improvement and remodeling concepts is a plusProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client consultationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
