This role partners closely with Corporate Development and functional leaders to ensure successful due diligence, integration execution, and value realization across acquired businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end program management for M&A initiatives from pre‐deal assessment through post‐acquisition integrationDevelop and maintain comprehensive integration plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metricsCollaborate with cross‐functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to drive alignment and executionPartner with Corporate Development and Finance to track synergy realization and business performance against integration objectivesSupport governance, executive reporting, and steering committee forums with clear communication of progress, risks, and recommendationsEnsure compliance with financial, regulatory, legal, and confidentiality requirements throughout the M&A lifecycleLead change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of processes, systems, and organizational structuresAll About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)8-12+ years of program management experience in a technology, engineering, or complex product environment3-5+ years of direct experience supporting M&A initiatives, including due diligence and integrationProven experience leading large‐scale, cross‐functional programs in a matrixed, global organizationSkills & ExperienceStrong financial acumen, including experience working with synergy models, valuations, and business casesDemonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreamsExperience partnering with senior leaders and executives with confidence and credibilityAbility to manage highly confidential, time‐sensitive initiatives with discretionSoft SkillsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsInfluence without authority and ability to drive outcomes through collaborationChange leadership and organizational sensitivity in dynamic environmentsMentorship and guidance of cross‐functional teams and program contributorsPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degreeExperience in the semiconductor, test equipment, or advanced electronics industryPMP, PgMP, or similar program management certificationExperience developing M&A integration playbooks or repeatable program frameworksThis position is not eligible for relocation.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $140,500-$224,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
