This role is ideal for an experienced phlebotomy professional who loves to share their knowledge and expertise with students and new employees!Location: Phoenix Campus (Blackcanyon Hwy/Sweetwater)Weekly Hours: 20Schedule: EveningsHiring Range: $20.80 to $24.96Required QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Phlebotomy Technician program (recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA) OR minimum 4 years of job-related training and experience3+ years of practical experience as a Phlebotomist or in a closely related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsCurrent, comprehensive knowledge of phlebotomy and related subject matterWhat You'll DoDesign and deliver engaging lesson plans using diverse teaching techniques to accommodate various learning stylesEvaluate and provide timely feedback on student work (within 72 hours)Maintain regular office hours for student advising and supportReview and suggest improvements to course materials and curriculumMonitor and document student academic progress and behavioral concernsCoordinate with Student Services on academic or behavioral issues (within 24 hours of incidents)Arrange guest speakers, field trips, and clinical site visitsCollaborate with admissions and career services on externship placementsParticipate in faculty meetings, advisory boards, and professional development workshopsAttend graduations and campus eventsMaintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and student documentationSupport campus safety and security standardsCompensation & BenefitsHiring Range - $20.80 to $24.96401(k) PlanEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday PayTuition ReimbursementHealth & Wellness Program
