About the Role We're looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to support, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and building automation systems throughout Northern Vermont. This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer interaction - and who's looking to grow into more advanced commercial and controls-based work. Whether your background is residential or commercial, mechanical or controls, we'll meet you where you are and provide training to expand your skillset. To ensure efficient response times and reasonable travel, the ideal candidate will live in or near one of the following areas: Enosburg, St. Albans City, Newport, Lamoille County, Williston, or St. Johnsbury, VT.
