This role is highly execution-focused and will be responsible for deploying and managing campaigns across email, paid digital advertising, and social media platforms. The position will work closely with product marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital AdvertisingPlan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsOptimize campaigns for performance including targeting, bidding strategy, and creative testingMonitor campaign metrics and provide reporting on performance, engagement, and conversionsIdentify opportunities to improve campaign ROI and audience reachEmail Marketing & Marketing AutomationBuild and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpotDevelop segmented email workflows supporting product launches, campaigns, and customer engagementManage campaign setup including landing pages, forms, and lead captureTrack performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsSocial Media ExecutionManage and schedule social media content across corporate platformsSupport both organic and paid social initiativesCoordinate development of social assets and campaign messagingMonitor engagement and performance metricsContent & Creative DevelopmentDevelop digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including graphics for social media, digital advertising, and email campaignsCoordinate with internal teams on campaign messaging and marketing contentEnsure creative assets align with Dialight brand standardsWebsite & Campaign SupportSupport website updates related to campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiativesCoordinate landing pages and digital content supporting lead generationMaintain consistency across digital channels and marketing materialsAnalytics & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance across digital channelsProvide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIsSupport ongoing optimization of digital marketing programsQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environmentHands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaignsExperience with HubSpot marketing automationProficiency in Adobe Creative CloudExperience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
