Flexible Clinical Structure: Join a thriving team of 3 GIs and 5 APRNs. We are open to Traditional (mix of inpatient/outpatient) or GI Hospitalist (block scheduling) models
Efficient Workflow: Benefit from a high-volume environment where inpatient rounds are prepped and set up by NPs, and clinic visits are supported by multiple LPNs and Techs
Advanced Procedures: Perform as many advanced procedures as you desire, including ERCP and EUS, with proctoring available if needed

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 5 weeks of PTO and a light 1:4 call schedule where you are typically called in only once per month for the group (applicable only to traditional position)

Exceptional Income: Guaranteed base salary of $700,000/year for the first two years, with an easily attainable earning potential of $850,000+ once you move to collections

Candidate Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology a core requirement
Open to New Graduates, International Medical Graduates and in-practice Gastroenterologists
