We're a team that genuinely cares — about our work, each other, and the communities we protect.The OpportunityAs Acusensus scales its US operations, you'll play a pivotal role in transitioning hardware manufacturing from our Sydney facility to Las Vegas — helping build the processes and quality standards that will support our continued global growth..What You'll DoAssemble and manufacture Acusensus intelligent enforcement solutions, integrating radar, camera, and communications hardware with operating systems and softwareDeploy and commission fixed-location and trailer-based enforcement systems in the fieldDiagnose and resolve technical faults, including remotely supporting field operators through complex troubleshootingManage work orders and hit production throughput targetsMaintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001)Support the delivery phase of customer solutions, including assisting with tender and contract required productsWork closely with the Manufacturing Lead and cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processesRequirementsWhat You'll BringYou're a technically versatile, hands-on professional who's equally comfortable at a workbench and out in the field — and you take real pride in getting things right.Technical Background: A trade qualification in electronics, electrical, or a computer-related discipline or equivalent practical experienceStrong electronic/electrical/computer knowledge with solid technical diagnostic skills including Confident IT and networking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot systems remotelyHands-on Experience: Mechanical aptitude, including small engine and fabrication knowledgeAttention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficientlyGood Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and document processes clearlyA full driver's license, including the ability to tow and reverse heavy trailersPhysical capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work at heights in roadside environmentsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedulesBonus points for:Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles or ISO-aligned quality management systems Experience in a manufacturing scale-up or greenfield production environmentPrior experience supporting technology deployments in field or infrastructure settingsWhy You'll Love UsWork that genuinely saves lives: You'll assemble and deploy the intelligent enforcement solutions that detect dangerous driver behaviour — technology proven to reduce road fatalities, already operating across Australia, the US, the UK and New Zealand.Play a foundational role in US manufacturing expansion: Acusensus currently manufactures its hardware in Sydney, and you'll be a key part of bringing that production to American shores.
