Position Overview
We’re hiring a Prep Cook / Dough Maker to support our scratch kitchen operations. This dual-role is perfect for someone with experience in dough preparation and kitchen prep who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in crafting the flavorful foundation of our pizzas — the dough — and prepping fresh ingredients that make our pies unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality pizza dough following established recipes and fermentation practices
Execute daily prep work (mixing, measuring, chopping, assembling ingredients)
Monitor dough texture, fermentation timing, and consistency
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Properly store, label, and rotate inventory
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience (pizza or bakery background preferred)
Strong knowledge of dough-making techniques
Ability to follow recipes with precision
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able to work under pressure during peak hours
Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
