The Cook Political Report has since moved the race to Toss Up, and the latest public poll shows Rob leading his top GOP opponent by two points.Key Responsibilities:Manage and staff call time for the Lieutenant Governor candidatePlan and execute fundraising events in-state for the Lieutenant Governor candidateConduct donor and prospect outreach via phone, email, mail, and textReport out daily call time results and performance metricsSupport and complete campaign operational processes such as compliance and schedulingMaintain data integrity in campaign information systemsDrive the Lieutenant Governor candidate as needed Other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:At least 1 cycle of campaign finance or fundraising experienceFamiliarity with NGP, ActBlue, and other campaign finance platformsExperience staffing a principal for call time including preparing calls, conducting follow up, and tracking dataHighly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by ambitious fundraising targetsCalm under pressure with a growth mindset and openness to feedbackClear, confident communicator who works well across teams and at all levels of an organizationWillingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends during peak campaign seasonA positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to assist co-workers with meeting important deadlines such as donor prospecting, stuffing envelopes, data entry, etc.Reliable personal laptop and vehicleRob Sand for Iowa and Teamsters Local 238 have a collective bargaining agreement and this position is bargaining unit eligible.
