The role requires managing administrative tasks foe the Senior Leadership Team including the CEO and reports to the head of Finance. The Administrative Assistant will also handle correspondence, provide executive-level support, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by performing clerical duties efficiently and professionally.QualificationsStrong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks to manage office operations seamlesslyProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Calendar Management for supporting leadership and scheduling needsExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with colleagues and clientsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in an executive administrative role or similar setting is beneficialProficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
