Overview In this role you will advance fault management across Google's compute fleet, bridging hardware and software to eliminate reliability issues. You will shape telemetry, diagnostics, and automated recovery at scale, influencing hardware/software co-design with vendors and platform teams. You’ll architect data pipelines to turn raw health signals into actionable insights and resilient systems, driving high availability and lower total cost of ownership. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership to set quality standards and guide cross-functional problem solving. You will work on high-impact issues at hyperscale, shaping the reliability of next‑gen compute and storage systems.
