We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and act as the operations product owner throughout the product lifecycleThis role serves as the main interface between development, operations, production, logistics, and service teams, ensuring smooth transition from development to production and sustain engineeringKey Responsibilities:Main interface with product lines and development teams across all technical stagesOperational Product Owner and operation gate ownerLead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes:Production readinessZero seriesSeries productionDrive PLM leadership and smooth transition to operations (operational model)Manage Time to Production (TTP) as a clear KPIDefine and implement product tree concepts & methodologiesLead COGS reduction initiatives through DFX, continuous improvements, and operational leadershipOwn change management processes (CCB, ECO/FCO KPIs, etc.)Define and execute turnkey strategiesAddress service and logistics field implicationsLead handover to Production Engineering during the Sustain Engineering phaseRequirements:B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in NPI, R&R, or Engineering Program ManagementStrong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and product lifecycle managementExperience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Production, Supply Chain)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage KPIs and drive executionGood English communication skillsOnly suitable applications will be considered
