The product is live, the data surfaces are growing, and system stability is a real engineering challenge.The fit is a strong software engineer who is deep on data - someone who moves across services, debugs problems at the source, and owns outcomes end-to-end.What you'll doOwn the data pipeline completely: design, implement, and maintain data infrastructure and ETL processesBuild large-scale pipelines that process high volumes reliably with clear quality standardsDesign core data objects and models used across the organisationOptimise data flow for product, operations, and analytics teamsImplement data quality monitoring and alerting systemsDevelop client-facing reporting and metrics datasetsWhat you'll need4+ years of professional data engineering experienceStrong coding foundations in Python, Java, and/or SQLSolid ETL design and implementation experienceKnowledge of data warehousing, particularly SnowflakeStartup mindset: high ownership, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguityOn-site in NYC (strongly preferred; SF only for truly exceptional candidates)Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours.
