Mercer Home Health - Job descriptionMercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for patient oversight and direct patient care.The ideal candidate must have a current NJ PT License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare, SNF, out patient PT or equivalent experience, excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. We will train the right candidate without home health care experience. Applicant will be covering Mercer County only.This hours are flexible , therapist is paid as set amount per visit . $71.00- $125.00 per visit .Job RequirementsMust have a current NJ PT LicenseExcellent clinical skillsKnowledge of current clinical practicesMust have exceptional communication and organizational skillsVisits done primarily weekdays, open to weekend visits if applicable
