Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing customers at a retail kiosk, providing personalized solutions for wireless, internet, and television products and services.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of available products and promotions to confidently educate customers and recommend the best options for their needs.
Build relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with their purchases.
Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively presenting products, handling objections, and closing sales.
Process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in contracts, payments, and account activations.
Collaborate with team members and managers to maximize store performance and contribute to a positive team environment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and company policies to enhance customer interactions.
