About the Role The Pre-licensed Therapist
plays a vital role in supporting youth and families experiencing
cognitive and behavioral health challenges. This position provides
intensive individual and family therapy services focused on
strengthening family relationships and equipping clients with the
tools, education, and resources needed to heal and thrive. The
therapist works collaboratively within a supportive team
environment and receives regular supervision to ensure professional
growth and high-quality care delivery.
Responsibilities · Provide intensive individual
and family therapy to youth and families · Support
clients in developing coping skills, behavioral strategies, and
emotional regulation · Strengthen and preserve family
relationships through therapeutic interventions · Deliver
evidence-based therapeutic approaches including TBRI, Motivational
Interviewing, and DBT · Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation for services rendered · Meet and
exceed client service goals and productivity expectations
· Participate in on-call rotation as assigned ·
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and
treatment planning · Engage clients and families with
education, guidance, and resource connection · Attend
supervision sessions and apply feedback for professional
development · Ensure compliance with organizational
policies and state regulatory requirements
Required
Qualifications · Master’s degree in Social Work
or Counseling · Working toward registration with the
Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado ·
Licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC) are also encouraged to apply
· Knowledge of or willingness to learn evidence-based
practices such as TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills · Ability to work evenings and weekends
