HVAC Technician - 3 Needed

Job DescriptionWe have immediate opportunities for HVAC Technicians who have Section 608 EPA Certification and can travel to about 30 different properties throughout Cleveland, Alron, and Canton areas. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, there may be the possibility of having to work Saturday when the need arises.Job Responsibilities:Remove and install new split HVAC Systems for apartments, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and minor sheet metal fabrication on-site with changing out new systemsInstall and maintain minor energy management control systems and service Johnson/Armstrong packaged units, and the removal and installation of themThoroughly understand the changes in codes, refrigerant changes, and wiring diagramsBuild and maintain ongoing positive working relationships, participate in staff team building, and train on-site maintenance techniciansPerform other duties as requiredJob RequirementsJob Requirements:Must have 3 to 5 years of HVAC experience doing service on furnaces and air conditioning units, residential and light commercial and 2-3 years' experience with small boiler serviceMust be CFC Certified with the Section 608 EPA certification; other HVAC Certifications are a plusMust be able to service Johnson/Armstrong packaged units and the removal and installation of themMust have the ability to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and minor sheet metal fabricationMust have a thorough understanding of wiring diagrams, changes in codes, and refrigerant changesMust be able to understand, install, and maintain minor energy management control systemsMust be willing to help other, demonstrate integrity, create strong working partnerships, offer concrete, positive help, ask and receive guidance and construction criticismMust have excellent communication skills, a good attitude, and a professional manner at all timesMust be computer literateMust be physically fit and able to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basisMust have a valid driver's license with the ability to take care of the company vehicle while keeping it clean and in good conditionMust have a solid work history, no attendance issues, and able to get to work on time every dayOnly candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered.
