Led by certified coaches, sessions combine circuit training, functional movement, and team-based energy to create effective and engaging workouts. With a strong focus on community, innovation, and results, F45 helps members improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive and motivating environment.Role Overview As an F45 Head Trainer, you are responsible for leading coaching standards, trainer development, and overall member experience within the studio. You will set the tone for performance, culture, and coaching excellence while supporting studio leadership in driving membership growth, retention, and community engagement. This role is ideal for experienced boutique fitness professionals who thrive in leadership, content creation, sales support, and team development within a fast-paced, community-driven environment.Hybrid Structure This is a hybrid leadership role combining in-studio coaching and remote administrative responsibilities. Head Trainer must be in the studio for a minimum of 18-20 coaching hours weekly , while supporting team leadership, studio maintenance, and daily operations. Administrative tasks may be completed remotely when appropriate.
