Lead Field Service Technician

Lead Field Service TechnicianAble to work with local Field Service Technicians and assist/lead/train themThis position will require travel throughout CherCo's Customer base (TX, LA, NM, and OK)Provide outstanding customer serviceAssist and/or lead in equipment:Start-up/commissioning broad understanding of procedures and requirementsCompressor Package assembly and disassemblyTroubleshooting and repairing compressor packagesComplete minor and major overhauls and revampsIdentify and address equipment, package, and plant inefficiencies/issues in a timely mannerCalculate and interpret Compressor Performance runs and other OEM SoftwareProvide preventative and corrective field mechanical service on gas compressionHigh level understanding of production flows on compressors and production equipmentVerify flow and runs to maximize performanceProficient with electric and pneumatic panels and end devicesAbility to decipher P&ID's, Blueprints, Installation Instructions, and TechnicalFully participate and champion all CherCo and Customer safety programs and incident reportingMust have own tools at least through 3/4" driveMust have valid driver's license and good driving record
