Job Overview
At Lobel our Area Sales Managers serve as primary liason between are Dealer Partners and Lobel Financial. They are focused on building strong dealer relationships, driving loan application volume, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Lobel's products and deliver excellent service
Prospect and onboard new dealerships
Build and maintain trust-based dealer partner relationships
Train dealers on the DealWriter program
Plan and manage daily sales activities effectively
Travel regularly to develop in-person relationships
Exceed sales goals within assigned territory
Serve as liason between dealer partners and internal departments (credit, funding,etc)
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, indirect auto, or dealer operations preferred.
Proven sales success, preferably in automotive or subprime finance
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently
Results-driven with a focus on growth and revenue
Willingness to travel extensively
