ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (HRSD) . 8years aligning IT systems with business processes, with ≥5years in a lead role. 3years applying IT‐governance principles to build/maintain complex, mission‐critical systems and their specifications. 3years designing, developing and implementing securen‐tier architectures(web apps, databases, COTS solutions). 3years creating end‐user training materials, doing data analysis/reporting, drafting policies, and applying full systems‐life‐cycle methods in fast‐paced settings. 4years hands‐onServiceNow HRSD implementationexperience. 5years developing training materials, performing analysis/reporting, and applying systems‐life‐cycle management. 5years with Agile/Scrum, COTS support, multi‐tiered database work, scripting, debugging, deployment, and coordination of technical teams. 3years covering architecture, design, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of IT systems/applications (including discovery, administration and sustainment). 3years analyzing and resolving bugs and production incidents for medium‐/large‐scale applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
