The role involves establishing and fostering relationships with donors to advance the philanthropic mission of the university's athletics programs. Key responsibilities include managing annual and planned giving initiatives, cultivating major gifts, creating and implementing fundraising strategies, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with university leadership to ensure fundraising goals align with the athletic department’s strategic objectives.QualificationsExpertise in Planned Giving and Annual Giving programs, as well as proven experience in philanthropic effortsDemonstrated success in Fundraising, including securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationshipsExperience with Budgeting and financial planning related to development initiativesStrong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to align fundraising strategies with the core values and mission of a Christian institutionBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferredExperienceAPPLY ONLY AT www.cedarville.edu/jobs
