Data Quality Analyst
Job Title: Database Administrator 1 / Data Quality Analyst\Location: Decatur, GA 30030Work Mode: 100% OnsiteLocal Requirement: Must be local to Metro AtlantaJob Summary:The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate retrieval, analysis, validation, and correction of data within the MyInsight Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role requires strong SQL expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of clinical workflows to resolve data integrity issues.Key Responsibilities:Use SQL queries and MyInsight reporting tools to identify and correct data errors.Perform audits related to benefits assignments, insurance relationships, and patient checkout status.Analyze clinical service records for completeness, billing compliance, and accuracy.Correct missing office/lab visits, diagnosis coding gaps, and billing-related data issues.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry processes across programs.Identify, merge, and clean duplicate patient records.Maintain data consistency across the EHR for accurate reporting and billing.Required Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience with EHR systems (preferably MyInsight / Netsmart).Strong SQL skills for querying and report generation.Experience with healthcare data audits, cleanup, and validation.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in public health or clinical environments.Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing.Understanding of ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation standards.#SKILL MATRIX: Associate or bachelor's degree in health information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience working with EHR systems, preferably Mylnsight by Nets mart.Experience working in a public health or clinical environmentFamiliarity with healthcare billing and insurance requirements (Medicaid, Medicare, Private).Understanding of ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation standards.
