Construction Project Manager

Overview In this role you ensure services meet contract specs, stay on budget and on schedule, while upholding safety and quality. You work with the operations team to deliver projects and act as the customer-facing advisor on installations. You’ll manage costs, billing, and change orders, and help convert projects to long-term maintenance contracts. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, dental, and vision insuranceancillary and voluntary products401k with employer contributions6 to 9 company-paid holidayspaid time off for vacation and/or sick leavetuition reimbursement ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the operations team to deliver services per contract specifications, on budget, on schedule, with high quality and safety complianceManage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and propose cost-reduction strategies; review labor quantities and project phases for trackingPrepare and ensure timely monthly job billingsAssist in change orders and coordinate receivables and collections with admin managementServe as main point of contact and trusted advisor to customers on project installation issuesGather and analyze customer needs, build relationships, and provide solutionsProvide clear information about products and services to customersEnsure all jobs are completed per plans, within budget, and on deadlinesDeliver timely reports, financials, schedules, and budgetsInspect fieldwork and resolve issuesCollaborate to convert construction projects to maintenance contractsMaintain accurate monthly cost-to-complete reports and backlog forecastingOversee overall financials of projects and ensure delivery per contract and drawingsInterface with owners, clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractorsModel ethical behavior and promote safety, quality, and customer service within the company Key requirementsBA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in construction/landscaping with extensive field experienceProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), scheduling, project management, and digitizing softwareStrong work ethic and effective oral and written communicationAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service experience and ability to identify and address customers’ pain pointsDriven, disciplined, and relationship-buildingAbility to work at a fast pace with a high sense of urgencyCoachable with a good sense of humorBilingual Spanish is a plusstrong communicationcustomer service orientationtrust-buildingMS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)scheduling softwareproject management software
