Job Description The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing ground transport shipping operations, managing a team of 6-10 members, and ensuring efficient shipment coordination and inventory control. This role leverages third-party logistics software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to optimize logistics planning and shipment tracking while maintaining low error rates.
