Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.ResponsibilitiesTechnician Team Management: Directly lead and support a team of approx. 12 field technicians as their primary point of contact for day-to-day needsTechnician Development & Training: Identify individual skill gaps and create development plans to up-skill technicians over timeField Presence & Large Project Supervision: Be ready to work in the field any day as needed, supporting jobs, quality-checking work, or stepping in when the team is short-handedOperational Readiness & Supply Management: Develop and maintain load plans for each truck so technicians depart with all required supplies and materialsQuality, Process & Team Communication: Monitor and evaluate technician performance in the field, providing timely feedback and development opportunitiesSupply & Demand Management: Ensure proper scheduling and routing dailyQualificationsDivision Owner - Responsible for the daily operations of the divisionManagement Experience: 2–5 years managing field technicians in a service-based trade such as carpet cleaning, restoration, property maintenance, HVAC, pest control, janitorial, or similar home/commercial services preferredCoach, Developer, and Accountability Partner - Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable; has built teams, not just supervised themStrong Communicator & Self-StarterField-Ready & Flexible - Physically capable of working in the field any day alongside the team; this is not a desk job.
