The final schedule will be determined during the hiring process.Monday - Thursday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pmSunday | 6:30 am - 2:00 pmMonday - Wednesday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pmSunday | 6:30 am - 2:00 pmSaturday | 12:00 pm - 8:00 pmJOB SUMMARYYou manage the physical integrity and safety of ECC campuses by overseeing building maintenance,systems and general construction by coordinating with vendors and leading community service logistics.You ensure distraction-free environments that reflect the organization's values. Next Class, Worship Nights, etc.)o Model Christ in thought, word, deed and in relationships with others(including spouse, if applicable)o Maintain a good reputation and do not be associated with slander, gossip, or negativityo Share concerns/problems about The Experience with your Team Lead in a spirit of"constructive criticism."o Foster a good relationship with all leaders at The Experienceo Be a team player and adapt to other personalities and styleso Seek out discipleship or counsel regularly from an older individual of the same sex.o Look for new and innovative ways to add value to the maintenance of the building.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain the vision of ECC through:• Authentic Worship - Help facilitate distraction-free weekend services by maintaining cleanand comfortable environments• Authentic Community - Foster positive relationships with congregants and outside vendors asan example of God's grace and kindness.• Authentic Community Service - Facilitate community service events by scheduling and overseeingrelevant preparation, set-up, teardown, and cleaning functions• Maintain the function of buildings, furnishings, equipment, and operating systems.• Ensure building safety and security of the ECC Campuses.• Help with general construction and carpentry needs.• Ensure you are pouring into "the next" individual to duplicate and replicate yourself.• Coordinate building maintenance projects with other FM and Ops Managers.• Advocate for maintaining ECC standards for campus environments.• Schedule, inspect, and follow up on routine preventive maintenance for areas under your purview.• Arrange professional services for building and systems maintenance with service providers.• Coordinate with established vendors for projects and building needs.
