Speech-Language Pathologist

Seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home speech therapy services across Modesto County and surrounding areas.Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using specialized techniques and devices.Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure coordinated patient care.Complete documentation timely, maintain licensure, and adhere to all certification requirements.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and refer to additional services as needed.Supervise home health aides when applicable and perform related duties to support speech therapy services.Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, California licensure or pending licensure, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
