Union Benefits Supervisor

**Overview****Job Summary**The Union Benefits Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 to 5 Union Benefits Analysts for our union areas in the West, Central, and/or East as well as being responsible for multi-state union processing and reporting of fringe benefits based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and maintaining rules in the Entitlement Management System (EMS) for one or two of the larger and more complicated union areas. The union segment requires a different approach when processing union payments based on the numerous union contracts that ABM is involved with on a yearly basis. A successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Accounting/Finance, Revenue Billing, FP&A, Human Resources, Legal, Labor Managers, and Operations at ABM along with Union Representatives or Fund Representatives will be crucial.ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
